Hey everyone I am currently 165 pounds. I've been going to a boxing gym 4 to 5 days a week for the last few months and have lost about 15 pounds. Most of it fat but some muscle I think as well.

Why are deadlifts important? It screams back injury. And as for bench press, Id rather do dumbbell press. Ive hurt my shoulder 3 times now doing bench. Never again
Should I drink water before weighing myself? Because I usually start drinking water the minute I get up and then only get to weigh myself once I get to the gym.
