Can anybody give input on whether I should do it mon,wed,fri OR every 3 days.

I know, but I would not be able to do both deadlifts and squats on the same day. so I might make one day deads instead of squats..

I have heard that too. I was under the impression that behind the neck presses placed more emphasise on the side delts than a regular shoulder press would...and my shoulders seem to prefer it.

me too, I tried turning my monitor brightness up to full but that didnt help for ME..

I have had 2 staffies and 2 bull terriers (sp?), and even if it is a myth they still can hold onto something once they get a mouthful for a long tym, and their jaw strength is simply amazing.
