People in my gym laugh at me and make fun of me coz they think im too much concerned about nutritions and diet.When i had a personal trainer everything was going fine.I lost a few...
So what i am doing to cut and build muscle is fine? By eating a fewer alories n buring more and more by cardio and lifting? And the diet is also strict and usually ends around 700-800 calories
