Sounds like your calorie deficit is too big, considering all the excercise you doing I think 2000-2500 calories are too low. How much weight are you losing a week?

you might not be eating the calories you used to eat, try eating more. Also make sure you are hydrated, when you are dehydrated you are considerably weaker.
