There's no set number. Trial and error is best to find your maintence. Once you find your maintence, determine if you want to slow or fast bulk. 200-300 surplus for slow 400-500 for a fast bulk.
Its not that hard man, you simply need to eat huge. What it sounds like is you need 5000-6000 to gain. Try to keep it a little clean but burgers or pizza or ice cream won't hurt you. Good luck man!
I am your height and when I was 135 I was eating 3500+ and I'm a mesmo (had an eating disorder) now I'm at 150 eating 4000+. Just keep eating don't count macros count calories (calories= weight gain)
