Your mass gain will come from ur diet/workout intensity , not from a preworkout but yes it can increase ur concentration and ''motivation'' , i would recommend 1mr , jack3d , noxplode.
What do you guys think about this exercise ? some personal trainer recommend it/some dont , Also a chiro came at my school and told us this movement was one of the worst movement that you could do.

white flood is well known for being a ****ty preworkout , maybe try other brand like no xplode or 1mr etc or maybe take some weeks off and start back again !
In my opinion mass gainers are crap , you should get you mass gain from food , get a good whey protein ( optimum nutrition is good brand ) and Take creatine with it + eat like a bear = way better...
