after doing them it feels like a full body workout..its a great exercise

it depends on what your doing it for. if your planing to compete on stage, then its a sport, but on the other hand, if your just doing it just for health or recreation, then its a lifestyle
yeh same here...thats y try to go them at my university gym...they have matresses esp for these kind of lifts...but its freakin scary goin heavy @ the fitness because u really cant drop that ****
