Been doing crossfit for about 6 months now and I'm seeing good results but I keep being told to track my macros if I want to see actual results and get to my target faster, so I have.

Ah, cool. Yeah, wasn’t sure if if was required since most of the reading makes it sound like an option for people who just want to eat more cause they like eating.
Hi all, I've started counting my macros and found my TDEE to be 2274 based on my lean body mass (123.3), other calculators give me around the same number so ~2300.
