in terms of test levels yes howevr there are countless other benefits. Also your androgen receptors become more sensitive after a while wich help you use your test bettter.

i would recomend a body recomp in a slight defecit because you can still gain muscle in a defecit

Hey 14m here 5ft6 1/2 61kg been lifting for three months. Now I should be eating 135g of protein a day but most days I only consume 100g-120g am I seriously hurting my possible gains?
