What was the absolute very Worst pain EVER experienced in your life.....physical / emotional?

Physical - Complete tear of hamstring.

My shorts are regular jean shorts I just pulled up

Please rate / eval my legs...There were so skinny I couldn't even take a picture of them and never wore shorts. Over the last year I've worked to bring them up.

This was definately an unexpected weird issue for me.

My son is 8 and we play ALOT of baseball together...I splurged on a $200 baseball glove and the first thing I did was go out and get it dirty....
