    Just do a power snatch followed by overhead squats into u learn to full snatch. :-) or catch it then ride it down...

    the easy way is to accelerate as you come out of the clean so u can move ur hands while bar is in midair u can quickly change grip.

    3 days a week is minimun lately its been 3 heavy days and 2 days doing front sqauts/pause squats. Mimimum 8 sets per day.
