I am now transitioning from a Strength training focused (I have been on a powerlifting/strength program for the past 22 weeks) into a more mass building / bodybuilding routine.
In 1 month I'll be done with my Texas method and want to cut down and get really lean and focus on a more bodybuilding style program focusing on Aesthetics.
