Hey, I have been working out for over 5 years, and have always done a full body workout. I have made considerable progress, but as of late, I feel I have reached my maximum possible progress....
just to be safe you should stop immediately,and go see a doctor and get a blood exam.
Ive heard of green stool from liver failure...so go check it out through a blood test asap.
I sip on BCAAs while I work out...especially useful if you workout for a long time, seeing as it prevents your body from breaking down your muscles for energy
thats not necessarily true..
thing is, creatine attracts more water to your muscles, which consequently improves recovery and increases your strength...so you can lift heavier and recover...
