thats actually a personal preference i always lean toward 3000-3500 as my light choice, a lot of older clients like 3700-4000 as it appears to be brighter

I think it would be a bad idea to have them just sitting in a cup Id want it fully enclosed. I like the idea of the hitch pin to remove the whole arm. Id bet the have some kind of a bushing in there...

Ill give you that lol I guess I have only been using mine for lighter weight with higher reps I could see the one bar being a limiting factor for sure. Also with the landmine you also get pulled...
