    Not saying this is causing your pain but you should be pulling your elbows down, not back. It places more stress on your upper body to support the weight.

    Not a fan. Looks like it's set up upper/full body/lower. I'd rather go full body x3. I don't see the need for multiple variations of a movement in the same workout when it's split like this.
