You don't need the stand, its more a pain to change with then without a stand.
Its to small, better change on the floor or buy a bigger table....

This is all you need, if i were you i would buy a seperate lat pull down.

I have powerblock's u90 and i have had Ironmasters before.
I placed them next to eachother to see what was easier to use.
Never used the Ironmasters again from that point on...……………….

Depends on what you prefer.
I have 0.7 mm rubber flooring and on top of that 10 mm heavy big rubber mats.
When i do deadlifts i also put extra rubber tiles on the floor.
But i train in a garagebox...

When i had spinlocks i loaded it with 50 kilo's or more doing pullovers.
If you want more safety buy longer handles so you can use 2 lock screws each side.
