My advice is enjoy being 14 while you can, you are too young to be tracking your calories like crazy. Be active and fit, don't worry about your calories.... :)

Have you tried increasing the weight just by 2.5 lbs? If you can do the bar for several reps, you should be able to do at least 5lbs more for just a few reps, or even a single.
