first few pics are of me after lifting weights for awhile but not understanding much about what i am doing and doing far to much cardio was trying to cut back...
started at 120ish pounds sub 10%bodyfat, started to eat more cut back on the cardio now am sitting at about 180lbs and about 14-15%bodyfat.its not great to you guys am sure but am so happy to look at...

Well it might not sound great but to day I did it...100kg dead lift 4 sets of 5-10 reps well happy I've reached the 100 mark ain't bad for me my weight is 160 pounds (ive started at only 30kg)...
