    wrist rollers x 5

    regular/reverse wrist curls are overrated IMO. wrist rollers, reverse curls, and hammer curls, all high volume, plus double overhand deads are all you need.

    deadlifts went great, heaviest set was 285x5 and...

    deadlifts went great, heaviest set was 285x5 and my back felt fine. i think it might have something to do with using mixed grip, since i used double overhand today and my back felt good.
