There were a lot of good bros that did on here years ago. Samples are probably best to gauge a pre workout or the taste of various other supplements.

The muscle beach pre is on sale here as well. Good profile, especially pumps wise. Not a fan of the caffeine amount though.

I see some pre’s have grape seed extract in them. Any benefit to taking grape seed with your pre?

Strangely I’ve used creaclear(got it super cheap) and never had a problem with it dissolving.

you’ll be fine. I was out for about a month because I got a certain illness we all know about lol. Just start slow and in 2-3 you’ll feel yourself getting back.
