Fair enough. Doesn't it matter your fibre, sugar level, fat level? I mean, if I hit the calories, but I eat 100g of sugar, with 400g of carbs... your saying I'll cut?

See, I even feel I hit -1000 LOL.. I mean, all I eat is low calorie foods.. I feel like my cheating, when I do kills me because regardless of the calories, it's super high in sugar, carbs, no fibre.....
