Agreed with that, can't wait to try the mybar pros. Nitrotech is a go to staple, along with fitcrunch. Those sinfit bars look great.

The ones I had, if I didn't heat up, would have chipped/broke a tooth. Rock hard.

Depends on the price.

I got them for 4 bucks a box, and after nuking them for about 15 second they're not bad, but not great. CAD money, probably not worth the price.

I do the same man, Up at 4ish, gym by 430/445ish, leave by 6:30, hour commute, work until 4:30, hour commute home.

You definitely need to put on mass. Eat at a moderate surplus, lift heavy on a consistent basis and get rest and you'll grow.

This is my go to squat and deadlift combo. Love it.

Feeling fat AF as I finish up my bulk but firmly in PR city. 365x3 for my top set of squats, plus a 385 and a grinder of a 405 for funsies.

I've been in the same boat man. Dieted up until September, switched to a bulk and then aggravated a lower back injury, which I've been training around and trying to put on mass/increase my numbers....
