    In my commons, they have baked chicken breast, so nuggets aren't my first choice is all.

    Eat a bagel. --- Best carbs in the morning IMO.

    And it depends on how much you want to gain when. What type of bulk (clean or dirty).

    In general to gain a pound/week you need to eat about 500 calories extra a day....

    Do the same weight for both arms, even if one is doing the weight easier. Otherwise they will continue to be uneven.
