NY is forcing folks to get vaccinated when entering gyms, restaurants etc

As of Sept 15th NYC will enforce the "Key to New York" mandate where folks will have to show proof of vaccination to enter indoor places such as gyms, restaurants etc. My gym is not in NYC so I think I am ok as for the restaurants, there are plenty outside of NY I can go to.

Just did upright rows today…

With an EZ bar, up to 70 lbs and didn’t feel any pain. Wide-ish grip to the chest level, led with the hands. Did some dips after and ditto, no pain. Sorry for the silly thread, I’m bored and felt like sharing my personal victories!

Lat pulldown noob question

Hey guys. Starting to workout again and doing both wide grip and close grip pulldowns Now my question, is there a big difference between V bar pulldowns or close underhand pulldowns, so the close grip v bar or wide bar but close underhand grip. Or am I overthinking this?
