I've heard people taking different dosing w Excelsior. For me, 2 scoops is A LOT. 1 scoop is noticeable but not over the top. 1.25-1.5 scoops...

Taste doesn't bother me, and I got an iron stomach, so not too concerned, but hopefully i don't regret it!

So at two heaping scoops, Levels has actually been treating me really well. Just cuts into the value when I take a bit over recommended dosage, but it's very effective for me. Starting to like it...

the last one looks great. I'd personally add a caffeine tab, but I'm a stim head.

Ya I've heard plenty of people complain about theanine in pres, I just don't get the same reaction. Guess it's just one of those ingredients people either take to or don't.

Nope, I've never had that kind of effect unless the theanine dose is higher than the dose of stimulants. For me, it adds focus while taming the stim effect without completely eradicating it.

I actually think l theanine is awesome combined w stims. Adds some solid focus.

I'd buy it on a solid sale, but wouldn't pay full price. I don't hate the formula, and anything with a full dose of Alpha GPC get's a thumbs up from me, but lol at the l theanine dose, lol at...
