today was back/bi day. it felt realy good.

barbell rows:3x205x7
deadlifts:3x185x12
seated rows:3x100x10
pullups:100
barbell curl:3x70x12
dumbell hammer curls:3x40x10

it was a good workout...

im 5'10 172lbs. i havent taken any measurements, i will get some done in the next few days. i also get some pics of my back on here hopefully prety soon

thanks ld3.. im gonna try and get a good clean bulk, eatn like a horse! hope to add some good quality muscle.

im just going to start my bulking phase. im going to do it for six months. this is my fist month back in the gym(had a hernia, got it from workout playin around).
