do ass to grass squats..theyre better and they dont hurt the knees either...if you decide to stick with parallell squats take another look at your technique

haha, are u serious? thread starter, if ur feet are up on the bench it keeps u from cheating by raising ur hips. i just keep my feet flat on the floor but usually spread.in a none gay way
