Yes, abs do need exercising. They are a muscle you know :P If you never trained them, more than likely you're just going to look to have a thin waist.

I am not sure of your exercise routine for biceps, but just realize you may not get what you're looking for if you're sticking to one type of exercise. Mix things up with hammer curls, concentration...
