I make sure to drink green tea everyday (I always use 2 tea bags to a cup for extra potency!), and I use Prima Force lean green when I can't drink it for whatever reason... Just a great overall...

Great info! I drink green tea daily and knew of many benefits, but didn't realize it had so many!

This for sure! Each scoop has 50mg of caffeine, so you can really control how much caffeine you want to take in :)... I love it! And the fruit fusion tastes unreal!

haha ya.. that sounds about right! Shopping, going out for dinners/drinks, everything is cheaper... but I would still pick ON over MI... but maybe not for a hotter climate!

I'm the same way... I get 6-7 hours of sleep on zma but it's a much better and more restful sleep than without zma and getting 8 hours

I'll try the orange out on my next order! I have the water ratio down perfect ;)... I never go a workout without xtend now... it even goes in my suitcase on my vacations :)
