Nah, I think the slow reverse diet phase is out. Depending on goals, I wouldn't recommend it.

No one is honestly going to be able to give a number. Too many factors taking place. But if it's only a 200kcal increase, I'd guess 2-3 pounds (90% water)

HBCD - highly branched cyclic dextrin - expensive carb powder
EAA - essential amino acids

So if you don't want carbs and use powerade zero, just add the EAA.

Grab some gatorade powder if you want carbs. If you find it sits in your stomach too long or causing issues, switch to HBCD. Add EAA. That is really all you need if you want an intra.
