I'll throw some of those in the mix. I just try to stay away from the yogurt (even though it is Greek yogurt) because of the sugar content and I can't read the label. Ill just eat it in moderation.

What is a decent alternative to the nuts and seeds? They are easy to get where I am, but I'd love an alternative.

I don't like the taste and I eat the nuts and seeds because I don't know what would be a decent snacking alternative in conjunction with my beef sticks that I snack on.

I hate the yolk -.- I'm just a fan of the egg white itself.
