It definitely feels like a front squat. You have to stay upright through out just just a front squat, minus all the discomfort of a front rack position lol.

I definitely plan to. I had one session with it and it feels great.

I can definitely try that next time. I was also given the recommendation to bring the handles slightly forward and up next time and that will also help.
