Actually no, think about it, if you do this high rep and overloading on bench for a few weeks, it will really shock your system and make you stronger. i'm honestly not kidding.

You won't get fat, but you'll stay skinny. Not enough food at all man, and it's poor quality food at that.
It's about a dollar more expensive, if that. Not everybody thinks it's disgusting either, after eating natty pb for a little, I tried going back to regular peter pan PB and it tasted like ****.
