    had another nice workout today... calves, tabata swings, jumps, rings of fire.. all fun stuff... going for just a 500 swings workout tomorrow, plus rings of fire and YTWL, before a 2 days out of town...

    like REnzov said, this movement is amazing and much safer on the joint than a bench press. I never had a problem, it s amazing. Just do it properly
