When I think of a clean or "lean" bulk it just means eating at TDEE and working out. Fat will disappear and muscle will obviously be added. So in my eyes its bulking if you're adding muscle. May not...

Yea like above said that wont work. Just do a clean bulk. Eat at your total daily expenditure but eat clean with start off for 1g of protein per lb you weigh.
You'll drop alil fat and build muscle...
