I bought Shox. Looked up rebutted and they were positive. But then I looked up reviews that weren't on Nike sites... General consensus for these shoes is that they're bad for running.
Going to...
Works for me. Now I won't feel bad about studying myself before sleep.
Thanks.
I've heard things like, you shouldn't eat right before sleeping because you won't digest the food properly.
Well, I run/bike to and from work everyday. I sleep as soon as I get home.
My...
Elbows in: elbows point towards feet
Elbows out: elbows point out to the sides, in opposite directions.
Elbows-in, I've heard, recruits more shoulder and triceps whereas elbows-out works mostly...
I was serious everytime. Even the clenching thread, I had read that in an actual workout book and hoped to get confirmation here.
And to XAD0, I didn't come to this forum to be liked. I came here...
I normally wouldn't reply to this, but I'm feeling extra curious tonight.
Which thread(s) of mine did you think I was trolling with?
Thank you. I've decided to stop binge drinking a day or two after making this thread, unless it's a celebration, but now I at least know why it was a good decision . So no more Friday night gallons...
I may have joined the wrong forum. I thought I'd get some serious answers here but I've just been getting trolled in 90% of my topics.
Thanks to those with real answers tho.
I know that you may injure yourself, of course, but I'd like to know biological effects. How does alcohol affect ones muscle gains, fat loss, etc.
Do you mean like, I shouldn't be working out at all when drinking?
Because sometimes when I'm drunk I feel Luke hitting the heavy bag, it home weights. This does nothing to benefit my body?
My cousin tells me it's bad because your body us dehydrated...
But how bad is that exactly. Like, never ever ever do it at all?
That prefect body. Pecs, abs... Everything.
This time next year I will have transformed.
Counting calories, cardio every damn day, starting strength.
Mark my words.
That's my motivation.
I heard the best revenge after a break-up is looking good.
Any stories of people doing the same and succeeding in getting their body?
My goal is to both lose day and improve endurance and cardiovascular health.
I'm not gonna lie tho, I felt pretty damn good after the run. I'll keep it up, thanks all.
I wouldn't even call it a run. It was more like a light jog. But I guess it's better than nothing, right?
I'm trying to motivate myself, but when it comes to running I fail badly. I just won't...
I'm new to this. Someone told me to calculate my BMR, that it will tell me how many calories I need to eat to MAINTAIN my current weight.
But I'm not sure what to do to lose.
And of course...
How effective is this work out? Its seems easy enough to do while I'm standing in line or something.
Interesting... Can I get more info on your slow bulk? How you did it, work out routine, diet?
Sounds good to me. I had no idea where to start, but thanks to you, I do now. I will try out this routine between gym times, thanks.
By reading your post, I've decided that the Starting Strength routine isn't right for me at this point. I want to focus on losing weight. I will check the Nutrition forums, thank you.
