Im 165ish and i just started deadlifting and i just set a new personal best last night of 335 with proper form. so idk if that helps anything lol.

Im in! I just started doing deads and my max today was 315! im pretty sure i could have done more so next week 350!

stay away from sugars, lower you caloric intake, and do around 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week.

I dont belive it to be bad for you but for me mentally i just feel better when i drink water

i like optimum nutrition 100% whey its low in calories and fat but is pretty high in protien. plus it tastes pretty good.

i eat plain yogurt its not bad! i like it atleast!

of course its hurting you if your trying to lose fat!
