    Update

    I downloaded the Libra app as a moving average weight tracker. Ill start using it next week.

    Ate 2200 cals this week and worked out 6 hours of weights. No cardio as still nursing lower body...

    Maybe so, but I usually cut down to 1600 a day after a cheat until I lose what I gained from the cheat, which is alot of water . Then, when I go back to 1900 a day my weight stabilizes.
