    maybe if 3 or 4 of those sets are warm-up sets then its not over-training, but anything over 9 working sets is to much for such a small muscle group.

    Ronnie has an effective split that is obviously workin for him. Roids are of course helpful for intensity and recovery but they arnt everything. Roids only give you maybe 10% of your maximum anyway....
