yeah the second vid is like a week after the first and in between i read to think about just sitting back while keeping the chest up so i have been working on that.

U really dont have to count all the calories u eat, just start eating enough to see a change in the scale and try to keep it clean.

Yes use a regular barbell it will be much better. A smith machine restricts movement.
Why would they not. U are lifting the bar so u count it in ur lifts.
Any one know how much EPA and DHA optimum fish oil has per pill. It doesn't show it in the store.
