The one I bought from elitefts years ago has knurling on it (great knurling, imo), but maybe they don't sell that version any more.

That bar looks like it may be the best of all of them.

If you could make some rollers like Ghost Strong or Irwin Fitness to go with your monos, that would be heaven for me.

So I received my inverse curl from Dynamic Fitness.

No complaints. Just what I wanted.

Humbling so far. Right now I need 90 pounds of assistance to do 5 of them.

I found out that Dynamic Fitness in Wisconsin still makes the inverse curl.

Won't take 18-20 weeks either like Rogue says to make the Westside inverse curl.
