    my maintenance calories is between 2600-2700, and in that case, i'll probably toss in a handful of almonds as a snack as well.

    Sore/tight Rear delt/Infraspinatus

    Cliffs:
    -Torn RC (suprispinatus)
    -First real workout in months since rehab for shoulder
    -Posterior shoulder very tight when doing internal rotation

    any tips or stretches?
