i totally agree with cannibus,go for the major lifts,decline,incline,db or bb,those are the best exercises to bulk up your chest

i don't use machines only at school sometimes,but I use free weights,i take whey protein,i just need to find a good diet.
i weight 132 i guess i am just good a benching that is my favorite exercise, i enjoy doing it, yeah i know my legs are not good, i been very lazy to workout my legs but i am gunna get serious about...
