I just recently bought AMINO X by BSN, and the Casein Protein from Optimum nutrition.

The casein has the essential BCAA's already in it.

I was wondering if i take both would it put too much...

Nono, i'm consuming 3 shakes, not that its any better, also i'm a college student so i'm on a tight budget hence the shakes... not really sure where i can get my fat sources from? i really need help....

protein shake= 20g protein
