you cant grow muscles from nothing. You need extra calories over maintenance to grow muscles. Lyle mcdonald recommends only 300-400 calories over maitenance to have minimal fat gains.

Yea i guess it is reccomended by most to cut first if u have high bf%. Cutting sucks fml. I use to weigh 290 lbs and iwasdoingitwrong when I cut down to 220 ish. I ate too little didn't lift much.

Yea I agree but I think I'll stick with this better in the long run if I switch off dunno maybe I'll cut for as long as I can stand it.
