Added in my workout regimen, what specific foods i could add into my food intake would be much appreciated.
I drink water usually, and thats about it, or a sports drink if no cold water is available.
Here's the basic laydown of what i'm doing/ using.
So just wondering if anyone knows how many weeks it will probably take before i start seeing some improvement.

I was thinking about getting a 2.2lb of the orange haze along with Purple WrAAth.
I've seen that jay cutler and a few other top body builders and such gave great reviews....
If i get it i'll prolly take 1/2 - 1 scoop depending, before workout, i take m-milk mornings and nights, whey after workouts, and creatine monohydrate pre and post.
