I don't mind being called fat, I know I have gotten fat. The part that annoyed me was when someone essentially said that I have achieved nothing for a year. Understandable?
You 'don't gaf' what my lifts are. You're an idiot if you think you can go from a 40kg squat to 140kg while gaining 'a minimal amount of muscle', or any other of my lifts.
I have definitely gained a lot of muscle too. From looking in the mirror, from other people telling me, and from the fact that it is not just fat that moves 400lb off the floor...
Weirdly my bench press has still been going up even though I haven't eaten well over the last week or two, but I will have to see how it goes after an extended cut.
Weak everything? My numbers are in KG, and if you don't think those numbers are at least above average for under a year then there is something wrong with you.
Not true at all. If you overload your muscles too much to the point where you need longer than usual recovery, you will get less growth than progressive overload with shorter recovery cycles.
