    Started lifting at a real gym (i.e. not home dumbbells) when I was 16.

    Bench - 55 lbs
    Squat - 115ish to questionable depth
    Deadlift - 145
    Military - the bar

    Cellucor BCAA's are the only ones I jam with. Honestly some of the best I have used and help me recover from long grappling sessions. Highly recommend.

    My squat and deadlift both went up when I started adding in more direct glute work. Heavy loads, low-med volume. My lordosis has also significantly improved.

    Love them. My bench isn't anything spectacular, but I think they definitely helped since I started adding them in regularly. My triceps are much stronger now.
