In my humble opinion 2 times a week is enough fora beginner.
you should take any vitamins unless your doctor says though. Make a blood test and you will see what kind of vitamins are not enough in your body

You need to set yourself goals and right down all the steps which needed to achieve those goals. Motivation is a thing which comes and goes.
