It's a 3 day per week type brosplit. Back and bis, chest and tris, legs and shoulders. Or sometimes I do Upper/Lower, but do shoulders on leg d ay

Legs and shoulders today:

- seated hamstring curls
- leg extensions
- single leg machine leg press
- seated calf raise
- standing calf raise
- upright rows
- lateral raises

idk if he's ever revealed his routine. You can barley find any training videos with him. Only flexing
